FROEBEL’S INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (26th August 2009)
PFL Islamabad team visited Froebel School Rawalpindi Campus. The purpose of this activity was to address various issues: namely the UCAS application, range of courses and the cost that one may encounter. Students were also guided on the new visa requirements and bank statements. The school counselor and some faculty members also attended the presentation. After the presentation individual counseling was given to the interested students.
FROEBEL’S INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (2nd September 2009)
PFL Islamabad along with EF Brittin representative Ammar Zaeem (former student of Froebel’s) visited the Froebel’s International School Islamabad Campus. As part of the Career Advisory programme, Froebel arranged a presentation session for its students to have the best and accurate information regarding further higher studies. PFL staff delivered presentations on both UCAS and Foundation Programmes to the senior branch of A-Levels followed by the Presentation on EF Brittin College. The school counselor and the staff were very pleased with the session.
SAINT MARY’S ACADEMY RAWALPINDI (8th October 2009)
Islamabad office staff along with the SSU and UWE reps visited the Saint Mary’s Institute on 8th October 2009 at 11.00 a.m. School provided us the multimedia hall for the presentation. A handsome group of students attended the activity. We had a 2 hours session in which students were given all the information related to UCAS application procedures. The FSc students were briefed about the foundation programs and the entry requirements. Students who required detailed information were given individual counseling. Some of the students had already launched their UCAS application, so they were given information on the next steps of UCAS application. They were also guided on the new visa policy and requirements. Other prospective students were informed about the progressive courses according to their academic profile. We briefed them about our company policies, scholarship program and the services we are providing to all UCAS students.
INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY (13-15th October 2009)
Islamabad team participated in a three day Education Expo at International Islamic University. An Information desk was set up which stayed for more than six hours. Many students visited the desk with lot of queries, mostly related to credit transfers which were answered accordingly. Students were given information about different courses in the U.K universities. The first two days were for the male students and the third day was exclusively for female students.
