In consideration for PFL agreeing to process your application and forward your details to appropriate UK universities and colleges we will require you to:
- Confirm that the information you provide PFL is true and accurate in all respects
- Agree to promptly update PFL with any changes in the information you provide
- Consent under the Data Protection Act to PFL being provided with all relevant information about your application from any education institution to whom PFL has submitted an application on your behalf
- Agree that the terms of our agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and that any disputes thereunder shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
